Responsibilities: 
General responsibilities to be assumed by the candidate:
• Expansion Manager is responsible for using their analytical, creative and people skills to bring
Windelivery to new market.
Main tasks to perform: 
• Analyze the markets, the current business performance, and competitive positions.
• Implement the correct working operations strategy.
• Manage the onboarding process and set up company operational processes.
• Support the deployment and coordinate with different teams: Tech, Operations, Administration, etc.
• Ensure that all issues are fixed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Success will be measured on the number of orders for each restaurant, so it will be required to ensure
their growth.
• Direct report to COO.
Requirements: 
• MBA, Masters Degree, or equivalent experience in the applicable field is preferred.
• +2 years of business development, startup expansion, management consulting, or similar role.
• A problem-solver: you have an analytical mind, can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and
logical way and proactively find solutions to business problems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable operating with large data sets and business intelligence tools to generate insight and
actionable conclusions.
• Native Spanish. Fluent in English. Third EU language is a plus.
